Sushi:
2 or more sheets nori seaweed
3/4 cup dry sushi rice (cook it according to the package)
1/2 block firm tofu, cut into strips
1/4 cup BBQ sauce
1 tsp - 1 tbsp hot sauce (depending how spicy you like it)
Ginger Sesame Noodles (makes 1 serving. Double or triple for more) :
1 cup chopped broccoli
1 packet instant noodles (approx 85 g)
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp dried garlic
1 tsp sesame seeds
Black Bean Wraps (make as much of this as you want. You can alter the measurements to fit your preferences) :
2 bell peppers, sliced
1/2 red onion, chopped
1 1/2 cups black beans
1 tbsp chilli powder
1 tsp cumin
salt & pepper to taste
tortilla wraps
salsa
lettuce
