Hey guys! I have received a ton of requests to make a DIY LOL Surprise doll, so in today's video I will be showing you how to turn an LOL series 2 doll into JoJo Siwa! I thought JoJo would make an awesome lol doll since she has such a uniques style. I have seen a few people make JoJo lol dolls, but I haven't seen anyone make her in her Boomerang outfit yet!
